Quality Organization

The structure of quality organization of SPIKE WATCH: directly leaded by CEO and purchasing department, Participated by production department, technology department and quality department.
Quality assurance process
SPIKE WATCH quality control is divided into three steps:

1. IQC

Criteria of IQC is properly made by technology department and checked by the Quality Department of IQC, in accordance with established standards, before large scale purchase, sample of incoming material is strictly tested to ensure it can meet our technical standards, the incoming material are strictly checked by our IQC before production.

2.Production Process Control

Our QC department has all necessary instruments for analysis and inspection and checking. Our QC Lab is equipped with:

1.Vacuum Waterproof Testing Machine Model FYD-833,
2.Vacuum Pressure Dual-purpose Water Test machine Model QF 208B,
3.Constant Temperature Electrothermal Platform.
4.Other necessary Thickness Testers, Vernier Calipers,etc
QC department through these equipment strictly checked  each process to ensures products are nice and reliable.
